REFERRAL PARTNER POLICY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following is mandatory to be a registered referral partner for payouts to be released

All payouts to referral partner is only on the student being admitted to the program through us and the company receiving the payout for the particular admission from the admitting university / institute.

Submission of bank details, ID & Address Proof is mandatory before the payout is released.

The lead status dashboard will keep you updated on the progress of the lead. The estimated earning for the lead is also given for your information only while it is not the final earning amount since payouts shown as estimated earnings for the lead is tentative only and can change basis any change in the payout policy of the admitting university / institute and most importantly on the basis of the change in currency rates.

There might be admission where there is no payout at all owing to the admitting university not offering any payout or withdrawing the payout scheme for the particular program. The estimated earning will show the possible earnings as NIL / ZERO for such cases.

In the case of the admissions is being done through any Non Partnered university or institute then the company shall collect a service charge from the student and any payout to the referral partner is done after this payment from the student is realized in full .

In some cases the company may get the admissions done through other partnered agents who are tied up with universities / institutes that the company is not partnered with. In such cases the payout to the referral partner is paid only after the company receives the payout from the other agent.

In case of a lead already submitted by a referral partner, the same lead will not be accepted for submission by another referral partner or a customer directly and the depute is done basis the mobile number and E mail ID of the student as provided in the referral input. However it may so happen that the parent or relative of the student or the student itself may have enquired directly or referred the same lead with a different mobile number and E mail ID. The company also obtains leads from many data base and lead providing platforms. While the company takes all efforts to dedupe the leads , it may happen that some leads are disputed . Incase of any lead for which there is a dispute between referral partners or between the company and the referral partner, the decision of the company would be final in deciding on who is eligible for the referral partner remuneration.

All government taxes and rules will apply.

The company shall deduct 0.65% from your earnings as contribution towards charity & emergency fund of the company ( for example , if your payout is Rs 1000 then an amount of Rs 6.50 ( Rupees Six and Paisa Fifty only )shall be deducted as contribution ) . Referring a lead and clicking on the terms and conditions is your registration as a referral partner and would also mean that you are authorizing the company to make this deduction.

The company does not guarantee admissions. The acceptance of any referred lead and to take it forward for processing is at the sole discretion of the company and the referral partner shall not hold ABROAD ADMITS, its management or its employees responsible nor claim any damages from abroad admits for not processing a referral lead or for any decline of the application and / or change in the program, fee , costs , university or country of admission.

All above terms are prone to change as the company keeps changing / improving its product offerings and service delivery. You are expected to check with the company on the same and also keep yourself updated of the changes in the company policy for referral partners.

For any dispute or legal proceedings, the jurisdiction will be Chennai.
